First Place Steak price will be $1500.00

Cooking Fuel can consist of  wood, gas, or charcoal

This event will be during the  West Texas Wind Festival

Events will consist of :

16 0z Ribeye steak

Pork Spare Ribs

Chicken -  Half of a Chicken

8:00 AM– Starting meat inspection

10:00 AM– Cooks meeting 

Turn in times:

3:00 pm– Chicken

4:00 pm– Rib eye Steak

5:00 PM- Ribs

Dry  Campers Spaces only.  No Hookups.  Setup starting on Fri at 6pm

No electricity per cook site

We will supply a  public  electricity and water station

We will allow 1 Camper, 1 vehicle,  up to 12’ X12’ cover,

And up to 2 pits in cooking area

Cost will be

 $75.00  for all 3 events

Must Enter all 3 events to enter Steak Category  

All proceeds will go to the Roscoe Fire Department
